Restaurant Manager - Parkview

- In charge of Park View all-day-dining Restaurant: run daily operation, deliver training, implement inventory, prepare report and other paper work.

- Manage the food and beverage station and ensure the Restaurant team provides the best experience to the guests.

- Supervise daily shift operations and communicate to EAM - F&B and Chef any issues regarding food quality and service levels.

- Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels and handle guest problems and complaints, seeking assistance from EAM - F&B as necessary.

- Ensures all associates have proper supplies, equipment and uniforms.

- Manage to achieve or exceed budgeted goals.

- Provide and supervise on-going training to associates on product knowledge, service standard about guest expectations.

- Monitor associates to ensure performance expectations are met.

- Maintain discipline and conduct staff evaluation through the attitudes, efficiency working of the associates.

- Ensures compliance with all restaurant policies, standards and procedures.

- Ensure all of devices system; machines are put into operation in the best state.

- Service charge 5-6mil/month.

- 13th and 14th month salary

- 2 days off/ week

- 24/7 insurance

• Good communication skills both in English and Vietnamese

• Knowledge of wine and beverages

• Experience in luxury Hotel is a plus

• At least 2 years as Manager or 4 years as Assistant Manager

Qualifications

College graduated; hotel or food & beverage related diplomas.

Experiences

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same position at 5 stars luxury hotel.
