Can support and cooperate well with Shop Manager to control the business situation for 1 restaurant.
Can control well the restaurant operation to meet the satisfaction of customers about quality of food.
Handle to manage the property and food materials (ensure food materials are delivered on time and in stock to avoid lossing of materials) and explain the loss list (if any).
Must handle (type O) both Hall + Kitchen
Must manage a group of at least 10 people
Must explain clearly to and check other staff about house rules.
Verify W/S and able to give proper job allocation instruction.
Must handle Opening, Afternoon (peak hours) and Closing in-charge duties
Other jobs required by direct management
Coordinate with the department to complete the work on time

- Graduated University / College.
- TOEIC English level at least 600 points or equivalent or Japanese N3.
- Experience at least 2 years in the same position in restaurant.
- Priority has experience in Japanese restaurant management
- Good leadership skills, positive working attitude.
