Mô tả công việc

1. Recruitment

- Implement recruitment cycle to on-boarding activities;

- Take part in develop future sourcing through employment event, job fairs, career events or partnership programs;

- Build high-quality partnerships with recruitment service providers.

2. Talent Mapping

- Compile and manage the data pool into talent mapping system and recruitment process to ensure a high-quality candidate experience;

- Determine and develop relationship with the talent pools in the market base on the current and potential talents of the company.

3. Employer branding initiatives

- Develop employment branding initiatives: update HR information in the company website, job fair & career talks at universities, employer branding video, research market situation, control the content of job advertisements of the company, scholarship & internship program…

Yêu cầu công việc

- Proven work experience as a Recruiting Leader, Recruitment Consultant; candidates with experience in hospitality/service industry is preferable;

- Hands-on experience with (phone and in-person) interviews;

- Familiarity with social media and other professional networks;

- Customer-oriented; excellent verbal/written communication (Vietnamese & English)

- Strong decision-making and team management skills
