Mô tả công việc

As a Human Resources Manager, you'll be responsible for the efficient running and for maintaining the highest level of standards in the HR department as described in the Hotel Manual. You are responsible for maximizing the overall staff efficiency and moral, through thorough planning, organizing, directing and controlling the Human Resources operations and administration. You will be responsible for the hotel staff development strategy by coordinating the Resort training programs. You will be responsible for recruiting the best suitable candidates to ensure that staffing needs are met in a timely manner, from placing ads to interviewing and hiring.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Hospitality accreditation

- University graduate/ Hotel Management / Human Resources Qualification.

- At least 2 years’ experience in the same capacity preferably in 3* or 4* hotels.

- Good listening skills. Fair and reasonable and a motivational leader, who has the best interest of co-workers at hart.

- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal and fluent in English.

- Ability to arrange and coordinate functions and celebrations.

- Confidence in working independently and part of a team.

- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.

- Effective written and oral communications skills including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, policies and procedure
