Mô tả công việc

The Operations Manager is responsible for assistance of daily operations to the General Manager at the hotel and when GM’s absence, coordination of hotel activities to obtain optimum efficiency of operations, Controlling of the hotel operations and administration

Yêu cầu công việc

- Hospitality accreditation- University graduate/ Hotel Management Diploma or equivalent Qualification.

- At least 2 years’ experience in the same capacity preferably in 3* or 4* hotels.

- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal and fluent in English.

- Confidence in working independently and part of a team.

- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.

- Determining action plans to meet set goals

- Communication skills are utilized when interacting with others and reflects highly on the hotel and the company

- Ability to stay calm under pressure
