Mô tả công việc
- In charge of seafood field in Chinese kitchen, supervise day to day kitchen operations and staff
- Prepare seafood related dishes according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
- Recognizes superior quality products, modern presentations, flavor combinations to heighten guest satisfaction.
- Estimates daily/weekly production needs and communicates production needs to kitchen personnel daily for ordering purposes.
- Works within all pre-set budgetary limits and maintains rotation of menus in the associated restaurants.
- Participates in training the Service and Culinary staff on menu items including ingredients, preparation methods and unique tastes.
- Reviews staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Excellent and specialized in seafood cooking skills; possesses the ability to perform all functions in the Chinese kitchen operations.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required;
- Culinary Education preferred
Experience
- Food and Beverage culinary management experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of Seafood Chef experience
