Sales Executive

• Propose/Recommend to GM to implement pricing structure and ecommerce sales strategies.

• Be fully in charge of implementing, updating the pricing/promotion on the systems at any time changes.

• Set up and update the resort information requirement on OTAs channels, resort website … for sales support.

• Conduct extensive online research to understand the market trend, competitors.

• Forecast and be initiative proposing online pricing adjustment to adapt with the market trend and harmonize with other market segments to drive the business.

• Work with OTAs/TA/Corporate for contract and promotion.

• Develop customer accounts and OTAs/TA/Corporate within the local area to drive business and to increase market/customer share in all revenue streams.

• Prepare resort business contracts in accordance with sales & pricing strategies.

• Contribute the ideas to create an exceptional Guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs.

• Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, resort websites, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.), and promotional events

• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures

• Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, poster, leaflet, website material etc.)

• Answer customer queries in a prompt and professional manner

• Other tasks assigned by manager

• 1-2 years working experience at hospitality industry with similar function.

• Added advantage if available immediate or within short-notice.
