Mô tả công việc

- Manage service and make a assignment for service area.

- Work well with head of department as a team.

- Manage the day to day operation and special event (if any) within budget and timeline.

- Check items out of stock from kitchen and bar to inform guest if any order.

- Coordinated & notify with the kitchen for Soup of the day and special food and drink for today.

- Establish cleaning routines and implementation.

- Daily and monthly reporting.

- Keep communication with guests/employees and another department as well.

- Maintains daily and monthly inventoty and making order for shop.

- Assist with the preparation of 3 counters: TAW, Barista and Service.

- Follow target sales for shop items on board.

- Train employees according to restaurant standards.

- Arrange working shifts for employees

- Management of sales proceeds at the store

Operation

- Ensure smooth operation and standard of Paul.

- Handle any case in the restaurant and report to Director.

- Handling guest complaints and following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.

- Handling guest requests.

- Follow and manage fanpage of Paul if any guest requests.

- Check guest satisfaction.

- Ensure that all staffs deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.

- Liaises with kitchen and bar on daily operations and quality control.

- Control waste items and breakage control.

- Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled.

- Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.

Hygiene and Security

- Maintain all equipment and machine are in good condition and safe at all time.

- Manage the working area is in clean and safe condition in accordance with company’s food and drink safety management system.

- Applied food safety control is applied to the team at all process.

- Ensure that outlet is kept clean and organized, both at the front as well as the back of house.

- Attend training assigned by management about HACCP.

Certification:

- Skill and knowledge Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.

- Planning and implementation skills, honest.

- Problem-solving skills.

- Human management skills
