Lounge Manager

Location: Lotte Observation Deck – 65th floor of Lotte Center Hanoi

Business hours: 10am to 2am.

Working hour: 9 hour/day (rotating shift).

Salary: 15-20M VND/month + incentive (est. income ~ 25-30M VND/month)

Pay rise review every 6 months

[Responsibilities]

- Manage the lounge operation to ensure customer experiences are at or above our standards

- Ensure the service team member experience is fun, safe and enriching

- Cooperate with other departments and colleagues in order to make good teamwork

- Serve as brand ambassador and maintain partner relationships

- Provide to staffs the basis of working knowledge and service manner in order to increase their qualification

- Make sales report, propose promotion plans for lounge and together to reach our goal

- Manage and control pop-up store, lounge facilities and inventory

- Develop brand and service quality

- Coverage of social and health insurance

- Join company trips/travel/team building

- Opportunities to expand your social network

- Trainings to improve qualification

- Good knowledge about food/drinks/alcohol/event/service/marketing and management of lounge/bar/cafe

- Minimum 2-year experience as a manager of lounge/bar

- Minimum 1-year experience in 5-star hotel

- Fluent in Vietnamese and English

- Good communication, management skills and analytical skills

- Good at MS Office and presentation making

- Must be creative, responsible and have great interest in culture/art/show/party/branding

- Majored in Hospitality/Tourism/Marketing/Business is PREFERABLE

- Have 1-year overseas experience is PREFERABLE

- Previous pre-opening/refurbishment experience in luxury environment is ADVANTAGE
