Mô tả công việc
1. In coordination with owning company and management, establish the asset procurement needs
2. In coordination with purchasing of both sides, gather quotations and establish best price for asset
3. Create PR and follow contract and procurement process
4. Receive, check and update all documents of assets/ tools and equipment and updating on master tracking file.
5. Create handover document and hand assets to related department
6. Prepare the asset report monthly/quarterly and yearly
7. Determine depreciation period for each asset following laws, allocate depreciation monthly.
8. Doing asset inventory 6 month/time and at the end of year.
9. Liquidation records of fixed assets ( if any)
10. Support Cost section and other tasks assigned by FC.

Yêu cầu công việc
Education: College Degree or Above in Finance/ Accounting
Language: Good English
Specific knowledge: Accounting system and Vietnam Laws/Regulations on Finance/ Accounting
Work Experience: At least 01 year in similar positions in 4-5 star hotels
