[HYPE ASIA] - Floor Supervisor

Due to the need for business expansion, HYPEASIA is looking for talents to join us!!!

Working location: District 1

1. Responsible for the daily operation of outlet

• Ensure standards are achieved and procedures maintained.
• Maximize profitability while achieving a high standard of service and level of guest satisfaction.

2. The Supervisor will be required to conduct their duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the company policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained.

3. Assume full responsibility for the outlet in absence of the Asst. Outlet Manager.

4. Train the staff and supervise them in performance of their duties.

5. Ensure adherence to all corporate core standards.

6. Work closely with Engineering and Stewarding to ensure proper standards of functioning of equipment.

7. Handle guest requests and any special problems keeping the out manager well-informed and ensure proper follow-up.

8. Make sure all maintenance issues always in good condition and ready to work: light, sound system, floor, equipment, etc.

• Salary: Basic Salary + Service charges + Tips.

• Male/Female: 25 - 30.
• Degree qualified in Hotel Management or relevant background.
• Have a least 1-year working experience in Food & Beverage, Night life business is a plus.
• Excellent English skills.
• Organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
• The ability to be proactive and take the initiative.
