Duties & Responsibilities (Nghĩa vụ và trách nhiệm):

1. Knowledgeable in high / low pressure pumping facilities.

Có kiến thức trong các cơ sở bơm áp cao / thấp.

2. Air handling units and related auxiliary installations of central air conditioning plants.

Hiểu biết xử lý dàn nóng và cài đặt liên quan của các tổ máy điều hòa trung tâm.

3. Grease / starch separation and sewage networks.

Tách mỡ / tinh bột và mạng lưới nước thải.

4. Pneumatic control systems and related installation.

Hệ thống điều khiển khí nén và lắp đặt liên quan.

5. Auxiliary installation of steam plants.

Lắp đặt phụ kiện của máy hơi nước.

6. Window and split type air conditioning units.

Chia tách các đơn vị điều hòa không khí.

7. Read and interprets low voltage electrical control wiring diagrams.

Đọc và giải thích sơ đồ nối dây điều khiển điện áp thấp.

8. Particularly well acquainted with refrigeration systems as well as Ice cube / Crush machines.

Đặc biệt có hiểu biết với các hệ thống làm lạnh cũng như máy làm đá / máy nghiền đá.

9. Demonstrates ability to supervise, instruct and motivate supporting staff.

Thể hiện khả năng giám sát, hướng dẫn và khích lệ nhân viên.

Possessed good knowledge and experience in electric and oxy-acetylene welding as well as soldering.

Sở hữu kiến thức và kinh nghiệm tốt về hàn điện và hàn oxy-axetylen.

10. Read and interprets pneumatic control system diagrams.

Đọc và giải thích sơ đồ hệ thống điều khiển khí nén.

11. Communicates and writes freely in English.

Biết giao tiếp và viết tiếng Anh thành thạo.

12. Maintains good physical appearance and a high standard of personal hygiene.

Luôn giữ tác phong và ngoại hình ổn định.

1. At least Technical College Diploma in Air Conditioning or Mechanical

Ít nhất là bằng cao đẳng kỹ thuật về điện lạnhhoặc cơ khí

2. At least 3 year on-the-job-experience in first class hotels, hospitals, manufacturing or Repair/Servicing companies

Ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc tại các khách sạn tiêu chuẩn, bệnh viện, nhà máy hoặc công ty sản xuất và Sửa chữa / Dịch vụ

3. Good interpersonal skill and supervisory skill

Kỹ năng giao tiếp và giám sát tốt.

4. Good English communication skill

Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh.
