• Maintain a propper usageof chemical products without wastage
• Control the cleanliness of all materials and surfaces
• Control Breakage
• Aware of the hotel fire and safety and emergency procedures
• Good knowledge on HACCP Procedures
• Contributes and works as a team in the general operations of the kitchen(s), offering to assist fellow colleagues when required
• Ensuring cleanliness at all time in all areas
• Maintains a professional and friendly attitude towards fellow colleagues
• Ensures a clean, professional appearance according to hotel grooming standards
• Practice economy of supplies, electricity and water whenever possible
• Ensuring the Well maintain and usage of all cleaning equipment
• Assist in any function or Banquet

- 5 Working days or 48 hrs per week / Làm việc 05 ngày hoặc 48 giờ một tuần.

- 100% salary of probation contract plus service charge / 100% lương thử viêc và phí dịch vụ hàng tháng

- Meal on duty in Hotel Staff canteen / Ăn bữa theo ca.

- Accomodation in Staff Hotel / Chỗ ở tại khách sạn nhân viên

- Transportation by Hotel / Đưa đón bởi khách sạn

- Uniform / Được cung cấp đồng phục.

• Knowledgeable of various Method of cleaning

• Acquainted and familiar with the cleaning of all electrical and mechanical equipment in the kitchen and observes the safety precautions when handling them

• Practices the hygiene and sanitation procedures set by the hotel

• Ensures proper use and cleaning of equipment in order to prolong the use and prevent damage

• Practices economy where food, paper supplies, electricity and water are concerned

• Maintains strict control on Chemical product and wastage
