Mô tả công việc

1. Consulting Customer

  • Follow assigned customers and find potential customers
  • Analyze and understand customer demands
  • Consult and offer clients with excellent properties such as apartment, shop-house, townhouse, villa
  • Negotiate and prepare the contract
  • Update data and information on company system

Expected results

  • Achieve KPI (revenue per month)
  • Up sales level per quarter

2. Building Rapport and Relationship Management

  • Develop customer channels, support old customers, maintain and build relationship in agent network
  • Support to organize events for related projects to serve clients
  • Participate in meeting with investors/ partners such as Fraser, CBRE, CapitaLand, Keppel Land and clients as per requirement

Expected result

  • Increase the number of leads from agents
  • Receive leads from customer referrals

3. Self-development

  • Participate in training courses for improving skills and knowledge
  • Develop, learn and adapt to become the better version of yourself

  • Become a better version of yourself

Yêu cầu công việc

  • For both fresher and experienced candidates (Fresher: at least 6 months work as customer service, sales, consultant, tour guide,… other related fields in student life)
  • Honest, professional, customer-orientated mindset, ability to work under pressure.
  • Good at communication skills, ambitious, willingness to learn and passion for sales.
  • Effective in English communication skills.
  • Born in 1990 to 1999
