Zannier Hotels Bãi San Hô is looking for a passionate and service-minded Waiter to join our Food & Beverage team.

As a Waiter, you will be responsible for delivering attentive, friendly, and professional service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience in line with the resort’s standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Welcome and escort guests to their tables in a warm and professional manner.
• Present menus, provide recommendations, and answer questions about food and beverage items.
• Take orders accurately and serve food and drinks according to service standards.
• Ensure tables are properly set up, clean, and well maintained before, during, and after service.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Handle guest requests and feedback professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and service areas.
• Support daily restaurant operations and perform other tasks as assigned by the management.
