Quản Lý Tiền Sảnh (Front Office Manager)

- The Front Office Manager is responsible for management and conduct operations of front office. This Manager is accountable for a maintaining a professional work environment focused on superior guest service, staff supervision and allocated accounting functions.

- Participate in the selection of front office personnel. Training, cross –training, and retrain all front office personnel. Schedules the front office staff, supervises workload during shifts. Evaluates the job performance if each front office employee. Manage and motivate all front office personnel with the daily supervision to include staffing, training, discipline, scheduling and visually monitoring performance to ensure adherence to all service and productivity standards to provide guest satisfaction.

- Check and update hotel status, front office systems, and supplies inventory, scheduling, forecasting and department budget to maximize revenue.

- Communicate with guests and employees both verbally and in writing to answer questions and provide clear direction in advising and instructing staff in the details of work. Organize, conduct and/or attend meetings to obtain and disseminate pertinent information once a month. Conduct daily hand over.

- Implement and monitor all brand marketing programs, incentive programs to assure employee motivation.

- Perform room inspections, manager on duty task list which requires moving throughout guest floors, outlets.

- Maintains working relationships and communicates with all departments. Maintains master key control. Resolves guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously.

- Review Front office Guest feedback on a daily basis and follow up accordingly.

- Prepare performance reports related to front office. Maximize room revenue and occupancy by reviewing status daily. Monitor selling status of house daily. Ie flash report, daily report etc.

- Perform other duties as requested by management.

- 1+ years of experience as Front Office Manager or similar role
