Purchasing Clerk

• Confers with vendors to obtain product or service information such as price, availiability and delivery schedule

• Data entry and filing paperwork

• Obtains price quotes from multiple suppliers

• Run reports to help determine needs

• Prepares purchase order or big requests

• Issue purchase order to suppliers and confirm delivery date, quantity ordered and price are correct

• Maintain procurement records such as items or services purchased, costs, delivery, product quality or performance and inventories

• Discusses defective or unacceptable good or services with inspection or quality control personel, users, vendor and other to determine source of trouble and take corrective action

• Support Purchasing Manager to provides monthly price quotation for all items per month.

1. Education:

Bachelor’s degree/higher education, qualification/equivalent in Material, Purchasing Management field

2. Service years in the field: at least 01 year

3. Knowledge and skills:

Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

4. Language: Able to read and write English
