Mô tả công việc

1. In charge of all booking/ reservation Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.

2. Take and serve guest orders promptly and according to service manual.

3. Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen.

4. Answer questions on menu selections, and check with kitchen staff whenever additional clarification is necessary.

5. Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.

6. Make the guests feel welcome and deliver the first impression when arriving the restaurant.

7. Cooperate with the Service team to provide the excellent service.

8. Other tasks will be discussed during the interview

Yêu cầu công việc

- Fluent in English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken
- Basic computer skills
- Hotel management college diploma or above
- Customer - oriented, customer relationship skills
- Knowledgeable about beverages and experience of working in restaurant
- One year’s experience in supervisory skills in a similar capacity
