Mô tả công việc

- Preparing, issuing and recording company all notice, memorandum;

- Take minutes of meeting and issue for related personnel;

- Preparing machine importation document;

- Preparing related letter or document for authority government department;

- Translating document;

- Preparing monthly management report;

- In charge of expatriate contract, health insurance, work permit, resident card/ visa, leave control;

- Support on document for related department in case of spot check;

- Register company operation rule and regulation with related government Department;

- Support HR on paper work, translating job task or any event organization;

- Organize management birthday

- Salary: 12-14 million/month
