1. To interact with guests at the beverage counter
2. To executivethe orders for drinks and snacks given by the waiter/ waitress or supervisor.
3. To assist waiter/ waitress in serving snacks and drinks to the guests.
4. To mix drinks, cocktails and other bar beverages as ordered and in compliance with hotel standard drink recipes.
5. To prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages at the beginning of the shift.
6. To serve Wine and Beer to guests in waiter/waitress’s absence in a professional manner.
7. To arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive displays.
8. To clarifyguests’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
9. To keep the bar counter and work area neat and clean at all times.
10. To determine when a guest has had too much alcohol and if required refusing any further serving on a polite way.
11. To demonstrate a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus and promotions
12. To handle and move objects, such as glasses and bottles, using hands and arms skillfully.
13. To clean up the work area at the end of shift.
14. To wash glassware and utensils after each use.
15. To perform physical activities such as lifting and stooping.
16. To maintain liquor inventory and consumption.
17. To prepare inventory or raise purchasing orders as needed to replenish supplies.
18. To ensure that the assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for blending beverages and serving guests.
19. To comply with all food and beverage regulations
20. To perform any other assigned reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned or as requested by the Supervisor or Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc
1. One to two years’ experience in a similar role in upscale hotels or equivalent.
2. Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or in a related field.
3. Good command of English and Vietnamese
4. Ability to speak a third language as an advantage.
5. Good teamwork, customer service skills.
6. Good knowledge of beverages
7. Passion for service excellence.
8. Warmth and graciousness with the ability to function in a busy environment and create stellar guest experiences and flexible availability to work various shifts and weekends.
