Mô tả công việc
1) SCOPE OF WORKS:
• Monitor, plan and execute effective business activities to customers.
• Effectively manage customer outreach strategies.
• Effectively manage the preparation, connect and coordination with other department to bring the best service to customers using Meeting - Event services at the hotel.
• Responsible for revenue, expenses and realistic forecasts to DOSM.
• Report to DOSM
2) DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Achieves budgeted goals by executing sales activities within the assigned market segments.
• Development of annual sales targets with DOSM.
• Maintains effective correspondence between clients, Hotels, Area Support Office etc.
• Develops data and recommends programs to meet client’s needs.
• Maintain & develops the relationship with customer.
• Prepares proposals with the DOSM to maximize profit.
• Perform customer outreach activities including: Tele-sales, Sales Call, and Meeting with customer.
• Connect with CSO (Center Sales Office) to develop the business and get support from CSO for Meeting & Event
• Increases sales volumes and profitability by assisting in developing and executing projects for assigned market segments.
• Sales Strategy and Delivery:
Conducts regular meetings with the DOSM to set objectives and to ensure that action plans are in place for the Region or designated area/market segment.
Identifies new business opportunities or strategies and shares with the DOSM.
Create and drive new sales plans when applicable within market segment.
Achieves overall Sales targets for specific market segments.
Implements strategies to facilitate market penetration for increased national and international production to meet increasing demands reflecting in the change and growth of the Company.
Conducts client inspections to secure business or confirm new business.
Increases sales volumes and profitability by formulating and executing projects for all market segments for the Region.
Reviews market analysis to determine client needs, occupancy potential, desired and competitive rates etc.
Drive and maintain overall sales to gain new business development opportunities and monitor completion of pro-active sales activities and projects.

1) EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar or supervisory position.
• Possess a bachelor's degree in business administration, tourism, hospitality.
• English 4 skills (High requirement for communication and writing).
2) OTHER SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
• Teamwork & Independent.
• The ability to listen to customers as well as the acumen when approaching customers.
• Problem solving, motivating, organizational.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
• Good Communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work in high pressure environment.
