Mô tả công việc
1. To ensure the kitchen is clean, well maintained and organised at all times.
2. To ensure floors are dry and clean at all times.
3. To operate pot-washing machinery and maintain a hygienic working environment in accordance with hygiene regulations and company standards.
4. To adhere to all sanitation guidelines.
5. To assist the Cooks and Servers as and when necessary.
6. To collect and remove trash from all areas of the operation following established procedures.
7. To dispose of waste as per the hotel and authority standards and adhere to recycling guidelines.
8. To ensure waste bin area is kept clean and tidy.
9. To carry out general cleaning as directed to include sweeping, mopping up, washing up, emptying of rubbish bins and boxes ensuring placement in the correct containers
10. To clean and sanitize pots, pans, utensils, and other minor equipment routinely used in the kitchen following established procedures.
11. To clean and maintain floors and walls in kitchen and dish washing area by following standard procedures.
12. To clean and sanitize dishes and related service ware following established procedures.
13. To clean large equipment as assigned, following established procedures.
14. To ensure all equipment is clean and in good working order.
15. To check all chemical levels and inventory.
16. To wash, wipe, sort, stack dishes, and load/unload dishwasher
17. To wash, Wipe, Sort, stack and store all cleaned items in an organised and safe manner.
18. To clean, sanitize and close workstations.
19. To use and maintains all equipment's according to manufacturer and department guidelines.
20. To report any maintenance or hazard issues to the chief steward/ Supervisor.
21. To always maintain a clean and safe work environment.
22. To perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Yêu cầu công việc
1. No experience required but six-month experience in a hotel preferred.
2. High school diploma in General Education.
3. Good communication skills – Vietnamese
4. Eye for details.
5. Good physical health.
6. Ability to work under high pressure and work various shifts and/or weekends.
