- Sell products and services using up-selling and suggestive selling techniques

- Promote the hotel’s products and services

- Record and process reservations made by phone/fax/e-mail

- Process amendments to reservations such as extensions, early departures

- Manage “no show” reservation by investigation and recording of same

- Record special billing arrangements for groups and conventions.

- Maintain knowledge of special rates/offer/promotions

- Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time

- 48 hrs per week /48 giờ một tuần.
- 100% salary of probation contract plus service charge / 100% lương thử viêc và phí dịch vụ hàng tháng

- Various cross training program/ Chương trình đào tạo

- Good English skills.

- Good communications skills.

- Experience in them same position is prefered.
