Mô tả công việc

• Give regular feedback to the Manager in regards to the performance of the team and guest comments

• Support the Manager in the implementation of any special events

• Assist in training the team according to the monthly training plan

• Follow up that all given training and fully followed by the staff

• Monitor and control the grooming of the F&B team

• Ensure guest satisfaction at all times

• Develop methods to enhance customer loyalty and recognition

• Work hard to satisfy any guest requests

• Ensure smooth and efficient service at any time

• Ensure proper atmosphere of Restaurant according to the time of the day (music, lighting, aromas, temperature…)

• Control the cleanliness of Restaurant and back office

• Ensure proper organization of each service stations

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum 2 years of experience as F&B Supervisor in luxury 5* Hotel/ Resort background

• Good communication in both Vietnamese and English.

• Experience in food hygiene and food cost controlling
