Mô tả công việc
- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house operations, and closely liaise with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Deliver excellent customer service and lead service staff to consistently meet service standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guests’ dining experience.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to plan and manage requirements for kitchen supplies, equipment, goods, and cleaning products.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of all necessary supplies.
- Identify opportunities to reduce waste, control costs, and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare and manage staff work schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
- Ensure all service staff are knowledgeable about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Educate staff on food allergies and how to properly inform and assist guests with special dietary requirements.
- Interact directly with guests to gather feedback, assess satisfaction, and improve service quality.

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position within the restaurant or hotel industry.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
