BASIC FUNCTION - NHIỆM VỤ CƠ BẢN
Planning, organising, co-ordinating and supervising the Sport and Leisure activities of the hotel including  swimming pool, water sports and fitness centre.
Lập kế hoạch, tổ chức, điều phối và giám sát hoạt động Thể thao và Giải trí của resort bao gồm  hồ bơi, thể thao dưới nước và trung tâm fitness.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - TRÁCH NHIỆM CỤ THỂ
1. Continually evaluates the characteristics, settings and clientele profile of each property to ensure that recreational facilities and activity programs meet the specific needs of hotel to achieve maximum guest satisfaction.
Liên tục đánh giá các đặc điểm, nhu cầu khách hàng để đảm bảo các tiện nghi giải trí và chương trình đáp ứng các nhu cầu cụ thể của khách sạn và đạt được sự hài lòng tối đa của khách.
2. Builds efficient teams by coaching and counselling and taking an active interest in their welfare, safety and security, training and career development programmes.
Xây dựng team hiệu quả bằng cách huấn luyện và quan tâm tích cực đến các chương trình phúc lợi, an toàn và an ninh, đào tạo và phát triển nghề nghiệp của họ.
3. Contributes with new, innovative ideas to increase revenue and find alternative up-selling methods.
Đóng góp với những ý tưởng mới, sáng tạo để tăng doanh thu và tìm ra các phương pháp bán hàng thay thế.
4. Assists in the preparation of the annual budget and, more specifically, ensures that the recreational budget is prepared on time and strictly monitored and controlled.
Hỗ trợ chuẩn bị ngân sách hàng năm và đảm bảo rằng ngân sách giải trí được chuẩn bị đúng thời hạn và được kiểm soát chặt chẽ.
5. Ensures that programmes are followed and carried out in accordance with established policy.
Đảm bảo chương trình diễn ra và thực hiện theo chính sách đã thiết lập.
6. Ensures that the expenditure for recreation facilities and activities is strictly controlled and that the logging systems are always used and in place.
Đảm bảo chi tiêu cho cơ sở vật chất và hoạt động giải trí được kiểm soát chặt chẽ và hệ thống kiểm soát luôn được sử dụng.
7. Develops and implements guest questionnaires to establish the level of guest satisfaction and to identify any areas of concern so that improvement measures can be taken in a timely and effective manner.
Xây dựng và thực hiện bảng câu hỏi dành cho khách để biết được mức độ hài lòng của khách và xác định vấn đề cần quan tâm để thực hiện biện pháp cải tiến kịp thời và hiệu quả.
8. Works with the Sales & Marketing departments to design marketing and advertising material promoting the hotels' recreational products and assists in selling the hotel recreational packages.
Làm việc với bộ phận Kinh doanh & Tiếp thị để thiết kế tài liệu tiếp thị, quảng bá các sản phẩm giải trí của resort và hỗ trợ bán các gói giải trí của resort
9. Ensures that all staff maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness and personal presentation at all times.
Đảm bảo tất cả nhân viên luôn duy trì các tiêu chuẩn cao nhất về vệ sinh, sạch sẽ và ngoại hình
10. Supervises, controls and co-ordinates the activities of all personnel in the Fitness Centre and other sections under their supervision.
Giám sát và điều phối hoạt động của tất cả nhân viên trong Trung tâm Fitness và các bộ phận khác
11. Introduces all Sport and Leisure activities and facilities to guests.
Giới thiệu tất cả các hoạt động, tiện nghi Thể thao và Giải trí cho khách.
12. Ensures staff are appropriately trained in the correct use of all equipment and techniques to be used in class sessions.
Đảm bảo nhân viên được đào tạo đúng đắn để sử dụng đúng tất cả các thiết bị được sử dụng trong các buổi học.
14. Gives the guest more than what they expects from the hotel service.
Mang lại cho khách nhiều hơn những gì họ mong đợi từ dịch vụ của resort
15. Perform all duties willingly and to his/her best capability at all times.
Sẵn sàng thực hiện mọi nhiệm vụ và với khả năng tốt nhất của mình vào mọi lúc.

• Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Physical Education or equivalent
• 2 years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
• Ability to swim.
• Strong management skills.
  
• Outgoing personality.
• Ability to interact with guests, colleagues and service providers in a warm friendly manner.
• Sound knowledge of water sports and recreational activities.
• Physically fit.
• Trained and certified in First-Aid, CPR, and lifeguarding and rescue techniques.
