Mô tả công việc

Mission:

Efficiently organize the Spa ‘s resources, in order to pursue the targets, set by management.
Promotes the desired work culture and values of trust, integrity and respect, following the Centara Brand ethic.

Main Responsibilities:

Oversee daily spa activities for smooth workflow and high service standard
Maintain cleanliness and equipment maintenance
Drive spa promotions and boost revenue
Personalize guest interactions
Handle feedback and exceed the expectations of customers.
Manage budgets, financial performance, and optimize revenue streams
Track membership, beauty treatment bookings, and other spa revenue sources
Train and develop programs for spa members
Supervise, and motivate staff to uphold service standards
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental guidelines

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
At least 2-3 years of experience in spa management within hotels, resorts, or luxury spa chains.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Possess excellent guest services skills, professional presentation and sophisticated interpersonal skills
Confident, enthusiastic and motivational
Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness products, and beauty care.
Proficiency in English is an advantage.
