BASIC FUNCTION/TRÁCH NHIỆM CƠ BẢN

To assist Restaurant Manager in planning, organising and directing the overall operations and administrations of the restaurant, so as to achieve and maintain quality of product and service standards in accordance with the Hotel policies.
Hỗ trợ Quản lý trong việc lập kế hoạch, tổ chức và hướng dẫn các hoạt động và điều hành chung của nhà hàng, nhằm duy trì chất lượng tiêu chuẩn dịch vụ phù hợp với chính sách của Khách sạn.

Duties and Responsibilities/Nhiệm vụ cụ thể

1. Assist restaurant manager in the process of;

* Planning, organizing, staffing together with Management.

* Executing, controlling.
Hỗ trợ quản lý nhà hàng trong quá trình lên kế hoạch công việc, phân công nhân sự, thực thi công việc

2. To coordinate the work of the service staff in order to achieve a smooth running operations of the restaurant. Striving to achieve excellent standards of service and efficiency. To replace the supervisory staff when necessity arises.
Điều phối công việc của nhân viên phục vụ để nhà hàng vận hành trơn tru. Cố gắng đạt được các tiêu chuẩn xuất sắc về dịch vụ. Thay thế nhân viên giám sát khi cần thiết.

3. To supervise the staff, schedule their working hours, public holidays, annual vacation, submit sickness leave form and follow up this and predicament of the employees/the supervisor will keep the Head of Department and the Human Resource Department informed of his or her employees status through the proper form supplied and verbally if necessary.
Giám sát nhân viên, sắp xếp thời gian làm việc, ngày nghỉ lễ, nghỉ phép hàng năm, nộp đơn xin nghỉ ốm và theo dõi tình hình khó khăn của nhân viên / giám sát viên để Trưởng bộ phận và Bộ phận nhân sự biết trạng thái của nhân viên để cung cấp hỗ trợ nói nếu cần thiết.

4. To have log-book report on his/her own outlet and submit to the Food & Beverage Director.
Báo cáo sổ sách ghi chép về nhà hàng của mình và trình lên Giám đốc Thực phẩm & Đồ uống.

5. As per the Food & Beverage Director, he will follow up a training programme, schedule regular classes, maintain records and assessments of his/her own outlet.
Theo Giám đốc Thực phẩm & Đồ uống, bạn sẽ theo dõi chương trình đào tạo, lên lịch các lớp học , duy trì hồ sơ và đánh giá về nhà hàng của mình.

6. Attend all ordinary and special meetings of the Food & Beverage Department in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
Tham dự tất cả các cuộc họp thông thường và đặc biệt của Bộ phận Thực phẩm & Đồ uống khi Quản lý Nhà hàng vắng mặt.

7. Maintain a close working relationship with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef, the Chief Steward and Beverage Manager.
Duy trì mối quan hệ hợp tác chặt chẽ với Bếp trưởng và Bếp phó, Trưởng phòng Đồ uống.

8. Assist Restaurant Manager in setting up all working schedules of the service in his/her own outlet with approval of the Food & Beverage Director/following the country’s labour law.
Hỗ trợ Quản lý Nhà hàng thiết lập tất cả các lịch trình làm việc của dịch vụ tại nhà hàng với sự chấp thuận của Giám đốc Thực phẩm & Đồ uống / tuân theo luật lao động

9. To ensure the service sequence is correcthy followed to satisfy the guests.
Đảm bảo trình tự phục vụ được tuân thủ đúng để làm hài lòng khách.

10. To be well aware of breakage in service areas, pilferage and keep the Food & Beverage Director informed.
Biết rõ về việc đổ vỡ trong các khu vực kinh doanh, ăn cắp vặt và thông báo cho Giám đốc Thực phẩm & Đồ uống.

11. To put forward suggestions of creativity, for better performance and achievement.
Đưa ra những đề xuất mang tính sáng tạo để đạt được thành tích tốt hơn.

12. To perform all assigned duties in an efficient and technically correct manner follow the Management policy, house rules and regulations, orders or superiors, adhere to procedures of the training manual and achieving a high standard leading to total guest satisfaction.
Thực hiện tất cả các nhiệm vụ được giao một cách hiệu quả và đúng kỹ thuật, tuân theo chính sách, nội quy và quy định của resort, mệnh lệnh của cấp trên, tuân thủ các quy trình của sổ tay đào tạo và đạt được tiêu chuẩn cao, đạt được sự hài lòng toàn diện của khách.

13. To perform any other duties, set by hotel policies, management or his/her direct supervisor, which are not included here.
