Mô tả công việc

To maintain all standards and performance in the Front Desk while ensuring that guests needs and expectations are met
Work with the computer system and maintain the computer discipline at all times
Works in harmony with all hotel employees, especially Housekeeping/ Maintenance/ Sales/ Finance/ Security
Performs as per OSM ( Operational Standards Manual ) Standards, and inline with the 6 key issues and hospitality guarantee

Be reliable and flexible with the ability to work all shifts including nights and weekends
