Mô tả công việc

  • Prepare a checklist/assignment of cleaning tasks, responsibilities, and scheduled meal breaks of Public Area Attendants to use during their daily duties.
  • Ensure Public Areas Attendants are equipped with all needed supplies and tools to complete their duties.
  • Supervise, and assist, the work of Public Areas Attendant to ensure the established standards and the IHG Way of Clean 5-S Process are followed consistently by the team.
  • Supervise and coordinate pest control, gardening, and periodical cleaning operations in the area of responsibility.
  • Supervise, and assist, deep cleaning and any other projects assigned by Public Areas Manager.
  • Inspect all public areas to ensure that the Regent Phu Quoc’s established standards in accordance with IHG Clean Promise are met for cleanliness, sanitation, function and aesthetic value. Take corrective actions as needed to address quality deficiencies.
  • Perform routine inspections of Public Areas pantry and storerooms to ensure cleanliness and tidiness.
  • Perform routine inspections of stock control and issue supplies/tools to colleagues at the beginning of the shift in order to control inventory.
  • Maintain constant awareness of safety issues, such as wet floors/broken glasses/frayed electrical cords/water leaks, in public areas and take immediate follow-up actions in coordination with concerned departments to resolve the issues.
  • Report maintenance defects in public areas and facilities to Engineering Department and follow up.
  • Ensure all equipment and machinery are cleaned and maintained in good condition and stored correctly.
  • Submit to Public Areas Manager regular reports on operating supplies & equipment and required equipment repair.
  • Respond to guest requests and immediately handle, or escalate if required, issues and complaints regarding all public areas.
  • Report accidents and injuries happened in the Public Areas to the Regent Service Centre immediately and keep Public Areas Manager or Housekeeping Manager informed.
  • Report any breakage/damage and loss of property in the public areas and facilities to Public Areas Manager.
  • Report unusual behaviours/activities of any personnel in the public areas to Public Areas Manager.
  • Comply with the Lost & Found policy and procedures of the resort.
  • Assist in training and constantly coaching the colleagues to ensure their performances meet for the task requirements.
  • Provide feedback on colleague performances and report well-deserved recognition or disciplinary issues to Public Areas Manager.
  • Make recommendations/suggestions related to operational requirement to Public Areas Manager.
  • Have full knowledge of all resort’s guest facilities and operating hours – include restaurants & bars, resort shops, conference/meeting rooms.
  • Assist guests in public areas when asked, and pro-actively offer assistance when you see any signs that guests look for something - Remember IHG True Hospitality.
  • May authorized to enter management offices following the Security Policy & Procedures for maintenance and other activities such as pest control and carpet shampooing.
