Lead by example and Leverage your Culinary Skills and those of your team in a healthy work environment to provide our Guests with uniquely Regent moments
As a Market Leader in your Field, you will immerse our Guests in rich food experiences leaving lasting Impressions by bringing Regents Taste Gallery Philosophy to life on a plate
Work closely with the respective restaurant manager and executive sous chef to plan menus, prices and promotional events for the Restaurants in order to maximize revenue-generating opportunities in line with market demands
Daily interaction with Guests to provide a high level of bespoke Personalized Service for All Ocean Club Diners which reflect the Guests needs and Sense of Occasion
Maintain your departments Consistency through the continuous improvement of Quality of raw and processed ingredients as well as All Relevant Costs and Expenses
To run a Cost effective operation, maximizing product quality and profitability while maintaining Regent standards and Food Philosophy
Create individual seasonal identities for the food in the Ocean Club and ensure that these offerings are pertinent to our Regent Guests needs
Ensures customer satisfaction in accordance to the Regent Distinction Service Behaviours, the Strategic Brand Pillars and the respective service standards of Regent Brand
Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time

Appealing remuneration including service charge as revenue (100% salary and service charge during probation period)
15 annual leave, 2 days off per week
Relocation, repatriation and home leave allowance
