Assistant Sales Manager

- Service existing accounts and maximize their business for other services of the hotel banquet sales, restaurant, etc..

- Reach and identify major prospects and formulate sales action plan to convert them into clients

- To identify business potential and upkeep close contact with former and potential clients through personal visits, phon calls and correspondences in view if contract signing with them

- To analyze statistics and implement strategies to achieve the set goals and ibjectives in the marketing plan.

- To recommed the solutions and strategies to further improve the sales performance

- To draw up together with the sales team and concerned departments regarding sales team and concern department ragarding sales promotion and packeages

- To maintain regular contacts with the clients and report any adverse coments to the mangement for rectification

- To monitor and analyze the hotels key competitors regarding prices, services and facilities offered on a regular basic

- Making quotation for incentive or group bookings, do follow-up as per standard procedure

- Undertake any task or duty that may be assigned from time by the Director of sales & marketing or assistant director of sales and deputy general manager or general manager.

- Minimum 1 years of experience in the same position

- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in english language

- Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage

- Good communication and customer contact skills

- Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
