You ensure that guests are being looked after and that they are satisfied when visiting the pool and beach areas.

You are confident and knowledgeable when serving guests, allowing guests to trust your service delivery.

You know when to take initiative by carefully observe and listen to guests, while providing services with a sense of calmness and elegance.
