Mô tả công việc

Reporting directly to Sales Managers, the incumbent will be responsible to handle all administrative work and to ensure the smooth running operation of sales department to achieve the dual sales strategy. He/She will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties:

Conducts as per sales policy and practice established by the sales and marketing, corporate sales & marketing and the hotels.

Ensures smooth running operation of the division’s administrative functions.

Cooperates with all departments to ensure the accuracy of information issued.

To contact potential business leads, keeping control of heavy booking dates as per advised by sales manager/ assistant sales manager.

Corresponds with group contacts.

Yêu cầu công việc

Diploma or Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant discipline

Minimum of 1-year sales experience in a similar capacity,

Have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English

Result-Oriented. Have a positive attitude toward challenges and the drive to excel

Good knowledge in Microsoft Office; word, excel, power point
