Summary

Restaurant managers are responsible for overseeing the efficient running and profitability of restaurants and for managing their employees. They are an experienced leader that is clear, positive, and enthusiastic. They manage the restaurant to meet or exceed standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness.

Essential daily duties & responsibilities

(many of these tasks have to be done by the Assistant managers, but the final responsibility remains to the manager)

- Organize the staff on the floors / organize and supervise the shift

- In charge of the goods ordering of the day

- Responsible for the quality of the opening preparation

- Lead the staff briefing

- Make sure the floors leaders fill their duties

- Manage the reservations

- Manage the cashier job

- Support the accountant in the supplier payment

- Make sure the service is going well and customers are satisfied

- Manage the communication between the kitchen, the bar, and the floors

- Manage the complains and the mistakes

- Make sure that every staff has work to do

- Responsible for the floors and the service hygiene

- Take care of the waiters’ meal

- Responsible for the quality of the closing cleaning

- Make respect for the restaurant’s rules

Restaurant’s development responsibilities

- Responsible for staff training and improvement

- Listen to the staff feedback and ideas

- Customer care: guiding, recommending, asking for feedback

- Implement policies and protocols to improve the organization, service, installation

- Give ideas for new food or drinks to add to the menu

- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste

Quyền lợi được hưởng

- Starting salary: 11.000.000vnd (85% during the training period)

+ Performance fee: up tp 6.000.000vnd

- English written & spoken

- Experienced in restaurant/hospitality/customer service

- Excellent communication skills (internal and external)

- Computer & social medias basic skills

- Leadership & problem solving

- Business development

- 28-40 years old

- Full-time contract
