Assistant Chief Engineer

Operation of Department

• Assistant Chief Engineer is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating all repair and preventive maintenance work.
• Lead, train and develop the skills of your subordinates for optimal quality, performance and productivity.
• The Assistant Chief Engineer is responsible for keeping data of all the department's work, all records of the work are done, and analyzing the effectiveness of each job the department has performed.
• Make sure energy readings are recorded and analyzed on a daily basis.
• Make a feasible plan for energy saving options and implement them.

Reports

• Prepare monthly energy reports and analyze energy efficiency.
• Report summary of the department's performance for the month and analysis of work performance.

• Degree or Advance Diploma in either Electrical Engineering.
• Have at least 1 year of experience in the field of operating technical activities in hotels, resorts with 4-star standard or higher as an assistant chief engineer.
• Or 2 years of experience as above as a senior supervisor.
• Good working knowledge in PC skills and use of all MS Office applications, including Outlook.
• Good communication skill.
• Capable of strong leadership and handle complaints from both internal and external customers.
• Have expertise in electrical or air-conditioning engineering.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Vietnamese & English is a must.
