Duty Supervisor - Giám Sát Kỹ Thuật Trực Ca

• Attend to all types of repair and maintenance work in the resort premises, including any new additions / extensions to the Resort or any other properties.

• Learn and understand how the FCS Engineering Software System and Preventive Maintenance System work.

• Follow up all work orders in the FCS Engineering Software System and ensure that there is no backlog of work and to take any necessary follow up.

• Repair and maintain guest room facilities, light facilities, furniture and equipment

• Assist with the implementation of the resort’s preventative maintenance system and repair log system

• Inform superior of the status of repairs and pending costs and indicate when it would be reasonable to consider replacement

• Record daily service work, including maintaining individual replacement costs along with time/task labor hours cost

• Participate in instructing colleagues on the proper operation, safety procedures and cleaning of all equipment

• Conduct and/or participate in staff meeting regarding proper operating and maintenance practices of equipment

• Carry out and document regular inspections of plant and equipment in computerized system

• Ensure that appropriate files are maintained and resources kept for future reference

• Complete daily reports outlining work undertaken for the day

• Follow the instruction or assignment tasks from superior as required.

• Maintain proper condition of all equipment and work areas.

• Order spare parts for equipment, general consumable parts and materials as needed to maintain minimum stock levels. • Notify your superior immediately when any equipment or lighting failure is noticed to expedite repairs/replacement.

• Supervise work to be undertaken by outside contractor/s.

Qualification:

Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Engineering Skills or related field

Experience:

4-year minimum in five-star hotel or fine dining restaurant.

Service years in supervisor/manager level:

1-year previous experience in same position

Language:

English
