1. Constantly monitors that guests are being attended and served according to standard set and attends to guests as needed

2. Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction

3. Handle guest comments and complaints in line with the hotel policy

4. Holds daily briefing with employees in each shift and review occupancy forecast, reservations, special attention, complaints, problematic issues, and others as deem appropriate

5. Ensures that all employees comply with the grooming and uniform standards

6. Inspects outlet thoroughly to ensure that cleanliness of front and back of the house, operating equipments, fixtures and furniture’s and so forth are up to standard

7. Ensures that all lightings, air conditioning and sound systems are well maintained

Schedule, evaluate

8. and lead restaurant employees, provide coaching and counseling when needed

Ensures all operating supplies and equipments are adequate as per Par stock established

9. Anticipates additional supplies and equipments for additional work load

10. Constantly reviews average checks, number of guests and sales figure with employees in order to improve productivity and efficiency

11. Makes recommendation of what to sell and menu changes as per suggestion from Chef and preferences of guests

12. Coordinates with Chef for any special promotion and ensure that employees are aware of it to ensure that up-selling is exercised

13. Sets standard and procedure in clearing, handling equipment and the used of supplies to minimize breakage, damage, loss and waste

14. Assists and makes recommendation to management for promotional activities and creative ideas

15. Follows all company food hygiene standards, safety, security policies and procedures

16. Performs other job duties as requested by F&B Manager
