[Best Western Hạ Long] Assistant Human Resources Manager

1. Leads the HR department as well as plan and deliver efficient HR services to all departments.

2. Develops employee engagement and support activities to enhance the relationship between employees and the company and thus create a happy work environment in partnership with HR team.

3. Develops internal communication strategy and execution plan to promote effective one-way and two-way communication channels between the company and the employees as well as among the employee groups.

4. Drives and organizes HR key projects hand-in-hand with the committees and other working groups to ensure proper planning, tracking of progress against budget and timeline, and results expected.

5. Acts as a linkage between corporate and subsidiaries on HR activities to ensure good flow of information and best practices sharing.

6. Establishes and manage an annual work plan and develop annual budget to run the HR interventions effectively.

7. Develops and updates employee handbook in order to ensure the company’s rules and regulations in compliance with the labor laws.

8. Acts as a resource person to the management and employees to interpret company’s rules, regulations and human resource policies and assist line management in handling grievance and disciplinary actions.
