- Lead and host guest excursions, tours, sport & beach activities.
- Create engaging and personalized guest experiences.
- Share knowledge of local culture, nature, and attractions.
- Ensure guest safety and follow activity procedures.
- Prepare and maintain activity equipment.
- Coordinate bookings and support smooth activity operations.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 1 year of experience in tour guiding, hospitality, recreation, or a related role.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Basic swimming ability and comfortable working outdoors.
- Strong communication and guest service skills.
- Additional languages and First Aid training are an advantage.
