Mô tả công việc

Assist Chef de Partie, Sous Chef in daily operation in term of preparation, cooking, hygiene and service.

Prepare special meals or substitute items.

Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish and the quality of the food items.

Maintain food logs. Monitor the quality and quantity of food that is prepared.

Communicate assistance needed during busy periods.

Inform Chef of excess food items for use in daily specials.

Inform Food & Beverage service staff of menu specials and out of stock menu items.

Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.

Prepare cold foods

Service charge: 5 to 6 mils/ month

• Experience with Chinese cuisine, Wok station

Hardworking, be of good health

• Able to work in flexible shifts

• Customer and result focused, team player

• Degree from an accredited vocational school/college in (Western) Culinary Arts is preferred.

• At least 2 years of related work experience
