Financial Controller

Key Responsible:

• Lead and supervise the Finance team, including recruitment, scheduling, performance evaluation, and training.
• Oversee Purchasing, Storekeeping, Receiving, and Cost Control activities, including related financial systems and IT controls.
• Prepare and consolidate monthly P&L and financial reports, providing analysis and recommendations to support management decision-making.
• Coordinate with banks, government authorities, external auditors, suppliers, and hotel departments on financial matters.
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese tax regulations, accounting standards, labor laws, and Accor requirements.
• Maintain effective internal controls, credit management, and financial procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, security, and hotel operating standards.
• Conduct special audits, financial controls, and other finance-related assignments as required.

• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese tax regulations and local accounting practices.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and financial management skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in the hospitality industry or a similar environment is an advantage.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar field in Hospitality Industry
