Urgent - Nhân viên truyền thông thời vụ (PR Executive - Short term contract 3-6 months)

1. Assist in planning, coordinating and executing public relations activities and events to promote a positive image and in establishing, maintaining a consistent image of the hotel.

2. Assist in coordination of hotel public relations activities including print and broadcast advertising, publication production, and special events promotions.

3. Craft news threads and distribute news releases announcing important information and event; proofs print and broadcast copy for grammatical and typographical errors.

4. Assist and support of promotional activities; and coordinates with related departments; invites VIPs and media to promotional activities.

5. Establish a program for sending promotional news to trade publications on a regular basis releases covering special events, promotions, etc.

6. Provide information to other departments on activities within and outside the hotel which may be useful when dealing with guests.

7. Accept clients and media complaints, requests, and inquiries and coordinates handling with departments concerned.

8. Work with others to develop hotel gifts and giveaways.

9. Work with others in arranging photo shoots with professional photographers and provides digital photography for publications and to record special events.

10. Be responsible for distributing Hotel’s Promotional materials – in house (guest’s room liaise with Housekeeping & Food and Beverage outlets with relevant Managers) and outside.

11. Maintain clipping files pertaining to the hotel based on daily perusal of the media and provides same other departments.

12. Collect and update the listing of magazines & newspaper within the hotel.

13. Keep contract/ PR Files/ Contact names/ other hotels sample.

14. Update and maintain hotel website and ensure website is current with latest PR hits.

15. Maintain and control hotel library.

16. Ensure all kind of hotel collaterals up to the hotel standards.

17. Ensure positive hotel image within public area including all printing material, etc. posters, banners, and so on.

18. Perform any other related tasks or duties as assigned/directed by Public Relations Manager and by Management.

1. At least two years’ experience in the Hospitality industry or advertising agency with one year in a similar role in an upscale hotel or equivalent.

2. Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications/ Marketing/ Public Relations or related field.

3. Knowledge of advertising, public relations, sales promotions.

4. Proven experience as public relations executive or similar role.

5. Proven experience in coordinating and managing effective PR campaigns through various channels.

6. Solid knowledge of social media (Instargam, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).

7. Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable as a public speaker. Proficiency in English, verbal and written, as a must.

8. Ability to build strong relationships with key people or organizations.

9. A creative mind partnered with the ability to find the best practical solutions.

10. Willingness to work evenings and weekends; willingness to travel.
