Golden Gate is a leading company in F&B industry. Now, we are hiring an Executive Chef who is in charge of BBQ Chain Operations. If you’re excited to be part of an inspiration team, Golden Gate is a perfect place to get ahead. You will be glad you applied to Golden Gate Group.

• Responsibilities:

• Create new Japanese concept for the menu.

• Ensure all food safety regulations are followed.

• Inspect the quality of the food.

• Be aware of new culinary trends and recipes.

• Hire and train new kitchen staff.

• Coordinate all of the kitchen staff

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in the culinary arts

• Having experience in Japanese F&B especially BBQ industry

• Ability to manage an entire kitchen

• Incredible food preparation abilities

• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once

• Deep knowledge of the food industry and trends

• Incredible time management skills

• Ability to create new menu items
