Mô tả công việc

Marcel Group is looking for Full-time Manager / Supervisor.

Location:

Marcel Gourmet Burger: 19A Ngo Quang Huy, Thao Dien Ward, District 2, HCMC

Cafe Marcel: 28 Ngo Quang Huy, Thao Dien Ward, District 2, HCMC

Working hours: following the shift, 9-10 hours/day, from Monday to Sunday

TASKS:

1. Greet cheerfully and escort customers to a right table.

2. Understand to present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions,

ingredients or potential food allergies)

3. Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware.

4. Inform customers about the month’s specials.

5. Offer menu recommendations upon request and remind customer for their allergies.

6. Up-sell additional products when appropriate.

7. Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software, order slips or by

memorization. Always remember to double check the order.

8. Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff.

9. Serve food and drink orders.

10. Check food, drink and service satisfaction during the meal.

11. Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area.

12. Deliver checks and collect bill for payments.

13. Double check guest satisfaction and taking direct feedbacks from customers to report to your

manager if any.

14. Able to carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning.

15. Follow all relevant health department regulations.

16. Provide excellent customer service to guests.

17. Regularly attend meeting and training required by restaurant.

18. Execute tasks that assigned by superior levels.

19. Able to access POS Back Office system to edit menu, pricing,...

20. Able to do e-invoice.

21. Handling POS and cashier station during the service(cash in-out, card machine, purchasing

report).

22. In charge of opening or closing shift:

+ Opening shift: fully cleaning and set up, make sure all the floor ready 15 minutes before opening

time. Check bar and kitchen items availability, then team briefing. Shift transfer at the middle of the

day.

+ Closing shift: Shift transfer, organize the team to reclean up all the floors and toilets, check bar and

kitchen items availability, then team briefing. Closing expense and calculating money, cleaning up all

service stations, water plants, sending daily report.

23. In charge of food delivery system.

24. Record delivery orders and total income of each supplier every month.

25. Able to solve all the customer’s complaints in associate with the manager if needed.

26. Getting and pushing service team to get reviews(mainly on TA).

27. In charge of training new trainee and reporting to the manager.

28. Checking service equipment inventory occasionally to send order to the manager.

29. Able to be relocated to other branches by Marcel group.

30. Being able to replace missing position when needed.

31. In charge of products inventory in every end of the month.

Quyền lợi được hưởng

WORKING CONDITIONS & BENEFITS

- SALARY: 8,000,000 - 15,000,000/month. Probation maximum 1 month, 85% salary.

- We also provide:

+ Uniform package: t-shirts, apron, hat (deposit 300,000VND)

+ Meal support: 20,000 VND/DAY

+ Annual Leave: 1 day per month, active after probation period

+ Discount Policy up to 50% when dining-in at any properties of Marcel Group

REQUIREMENTS

5. Active listening and effective communication skills

8. Be able to work independent section if required

9. Flexibility to work in different shifts

10. Hard working

11. Be able to work during weekend and most national holidays

12. FLUENT IN ENGLISH

13. Having at least one year experience with equivalent position

14. Having experience in Hospitality industry is a plus
