Mô tả công việc
- Conduct nightly briefings and ensure that all pertinent information is well received by team members.
- Supervise all tasks of your team members to ensure that highest quality service is delivered and department standards are met.
- Review, analyze and suggest improvement of work flow and standards at the Front Desk.
- Ensure to provide high level of guest services at the Reception counter or Lobby, support other team-members.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Good English is a must
- Problem solving skill, good interpersonal skill
- At least 1-2 year experience at the same position in luxury hotels
- Knowledge of Opera system
