- Being aware well of the role as Casino Audit and reporting line/ Nắm rõ vai trò của kiểm toán Sòng bạc và báo cáo.

- Conducting all business activities according to the company regulations and legal standards/ Thực hiện tất cả các hoạt động kinh doanh theo quy định công ty và các quy chuẩn pháp lý.

- Understanding Minimum Internal Control System, Casino, operations and systems (IGT vv)/Hiểu biết về hệ thống kiểm soát nội bộ tối thiểu, hệ thống hoạt động song bạc (IGT vv).

- Auditing to ensure all gaming transactions meeting casino and local’s standards, policies and procedures and then examining them for accuracy before posting daily journal entries on Cenium, the accounting system/ Kiểm toán phải đảm bảo tất cả các giao dịch chơi game phù hợp tiêu chuẩn Casino và tiêu chuẩn địa phương, chính sách, thủ tục phải kiểm tra chính xác trước khi thực hiện trên Cenium, hệ thống kiểm toán.

- Maintaining the necessary internal controls required to safeguard the property’s assets and integrity, utilizing company guidelines/Duy trì kiểm soát nội bộ cần thiết để bảo vệ tài sản toàn vẹn theo hướng dẫn của Công ty.

- Evaluating and communicating audit finding in order to recommend and implement correctional courses of action/ Tổ chức đánh giá thẩm định kết quả kiểm toán để đề xuất và thực hiện các động thái đúng.

- Ensuring compliance with existing internal and external accounting policies and procedures pertaining to one or more operation areas/ Đảm bảo tuân thủ các chính sách và thủ tục kế toán nội bộ và bên ngoài hiện hành liên quan đến một hoặc nhiều lĩnh vực hoạt động.

- Safeguarding all confidential information/ Bảo vệ tất cả thông tin tuyệt mật.

- Completing and distributing daily gaming reports/ Hoàn thành và phân bổ báo cáo chơi game hàng ngày.

- Cooperating with hotel section to finalize and complete settlement for casino guests/ Phối hợp với bộ phận khách sạn để hoàn thiện và giải quyết đầy đủ cho sòng bạc.

- Making sure that areas of accountability are executed in uncompromised levels and proper utilization of resources is a must/ Đảm bảo rằng các khu vực trách nhiệm được thực hiện ở mức độ vượt trội và sử dụng hợp lý nguồn nhân lực là điều phải thực hiện.

- Executing training programs and tools at Casino Operations to broaden knowledge and improve working process/ Thực hiện chương trình đào tạo và công cụ Operations Casino để mở rộng kiến thức và cải thiện quá trình làm việc.

- Training, motivating and providing on-going communication among the team to deliver the best output with professionalism while promoting a culture of accountability/ Đào tạo, thúc đẩy và phát triển giao tiếp giữa các đội để đạt tính chuyên nghiệp và thúc đẩy văn hoá làm việc trách nhiệm.

- Keeps leadership informed on a timely basis of any abnormal matter from expected results/ Thông báo cho lãnh đạo kịp thời bất kỳ vấn đề bất thường nào từ kết quả dự báo.

- Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies/ Phải có khả năng đáp ứng các yêu cầu công việc và tuân thủ các chính sách phòng ban và công ty.

- Handling any aspect of casino audit/ Xử lý mọi khía cạnh kiểm toán sòng bạc.

- Performing other related duties as assigned/Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác có liên quan theo sự phân công

- Other policies as provided by the Hotel

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting, preferably in accounting, audting or a related field/Cử nhân Tài chính Kế toán, ưu tiên kế toán, kiểm toán hoặc một lĩnh vực liên quan. 

- Accounting/Auditing/Gaming experience is preferable. Knowledge of accounting and auditing/Có kinh nghiệm kế toán/Kiểm toán/Gaming là một lợi thế. Kiến thức về kế toán và kiểm toán. 

- Must present a well-groomed appearance/ Thể hiện sự chu đáo.

- Ability to communicate fluently in both Vietnamese and English languages at workplace both verbally and nonverbally/ Khả năng giao tiếp thành thạo cả 2 ngôn ngữ tiếng Việt và tiếng Anh tại nơi làm việc cả bằng lời nới và văn bản. 

- Must be able to handle a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment, and work under pressure and meet deadlines with particular attention to detail/ Có khả năng xử lý công việc nhanh dưới môi trường làm việc áp lực và đáp ứng đúng thời hạn từng chi tiết công việc. 

- Well organized, multitask, detail oriented, problem solving/ Có kỹ năng tổ chức tốt, thực hiện đa nhiệm vụ, biết định hướng chi tiết, có kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề.

- Solid and professional communication skills/ Kỹ năng giao tiếp vững rắn và chuyên nghiệp.
