Spa Therapist /Kỹ thuật viên Spa

• Ensures the highest possible standard of hygiene, cleanliness and orderliness of the Spa facilities including all outdoor facilities, swimming pools, wet facilities, indoor changing area and spa facility/Đảm bảo tiêu chuẩn cao nhất có thể về vệ sinh, sạch sẽ và ngăn nắp của các cơ sở Spa bao gồm tất cả các cơ sở ngoài trời, hồ bơi, cơ sở ướt, khu vực thay đồ trong nhà và cơ sở spa.
• Controls all Spa linen according to the department operation procedures/Kiểm soát tất cả đồ vải Spa theo quy trình hoạt động của bộ phận.
• Reports any maintenance/repairs needed or any defects in equipment or fixtures/Báo cáo bất kỳ bảo trì/sửa chữa cần thiết hoặc bất kỳ lỗi nào trong thiết bị hoặc đồ đạc.
• Ensure that all customers' needs with regards to cleanliness and hygiene are attended to promptly and efficiently by having a continual surveillance of the respective areas in the Spa/Đảm bảo rằng tất cả các nhu cầu của khách hàng liên quan đến sự sạch sẽ và vệ sinh đều được đáp ứng kịp thời và hiệu quả bằng cách giám sát liên tục các khu vực tương ứng trong Spa.
• Assists with removal or installation of equipment and furniture.
• Sets up and dismantles equipment in areas for special activities and events.
• Understands and strictly adheres to Rules and Regulations established in the Employee Handbook and the Hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene and health and safety.
• Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
• Responds to any changes in the Spa function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.
• Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required/Tham dự các buổi đào tạo và các cuộc họp khi được yêu cầu.
• Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned/Thực hiện bất kỳ nhiệm vụ và trách nhiệm hợp lý nào khác theo sự phân công

• Vocational School Certificate is required and Higher Education is preferred/Chứng chỉ trường dạy nghề
• Must present a well-groomed appearance/Ngoại hình vẻ ngoài chỉn chu.
• Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally. Fluent in English is encouraged/Khả năng giao tiếp trôi chảy bằng ngôn ngữ chính của nơi làm việc cả bằng lời nói và phi ngôn ngữ. Thông thạo tiếng Anh được khuyến khích.
