Assistant Human Resources Manager (in charge of C&B)

Direct report to : Human Resources Director

This one will work with her/his team and peer to run the HR system properly in compliance with HR policies, practices and procedures, as well as within the framework and intent of the standard of the Company and Vietnam Labor Law.

Responsibilities

1. Payroll and Leave record:

- Mainly in charge of Time Attendance and all leaves

- PIT: registration for employees and their dependent (if any), PIT finalization yearly

- Payroll monthly process

- Salary distribution and cost allocation.

2. Employee’s database by applying HRSM

- Softcopy: double checking the information that your staff recorded in the softcopy and others employee’s document, employee benefit, salary matrix.

- Hardcopy: Coordinate & support expatriates in matters relating to visas, passports and work permit.

3. Insurance (SI,HI,UI): manage and monitor the data of C&B after your staff submitting for confirmation such as: mandatory insurance but not limited extra health care packages.

4. Labor Document Management: manage and monitor offer letter, labor contract, employee transactions (promotion, salary change), probation, annex, termination, disciplinary and termination.

5. CB SOP: communicate all applicable HR processes to staff line relating to, but not limited to employees’s beneficiary and responsibilities in accordance with the guidelines established by the Company.

6. Employee’s benefit: update the information of the compensation & benefit from the Company and benchmark upon requested.

7. Onboard orientation for employee benefit and company procedure: Provides services where employees can get answers to questions, resolve problems related to pay and benefits, orient new employees and process enrollment forms.

8. Others: HR report and others duties related to that assigned by Manager or/and Director.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as C&B Supervisor or above at the Hospitality, Services industry are preferred.
• Solid knowledgeable in local, expatriate practices and policies for benefits & compensation.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel is a must
• Experience with HR systems (CADENA) is preferable
• Team-work spirit and strong logical thinking in HR systems and process acumen.
• Good connection & relations with local authorities of Insurance & Tax Agent is preferable
• CAN-DO attitude, well organized, multitask, detail oriented, problem solving.
• Ability to communicate  in the English and Vietnamese language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally.
• Must be able to work self-directed, handle a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment, and work under pressure and meet deadlines with particular attention to detail.
