Planning & Organizing:

• Keep all extra guest request amenities on stock as per occupancy.
• Receive the clean items from the laundry and issue them according.
• Handle all service matters to guests in the station.

Operations:

• To note all guest requests received via Office/Supervisors/Switchboard and carry out exactly all requests and update the status accordingly.
• Pick up of dirty linen from the pantry and placed in the sorting area.
• Sort the linen by linen specifications and give the proper count to the linen room.
• Collect clean linen and uniforms from the laundry and cross check with the hotel invoice.
• Distribute the linen in pantries as per the requirements.
• Arrange the uniforms by department wise any uniforms pending update the shift in charge.
• To keep the work area clean and tidy.
• To report anything which could be classed as a Health & Safety hazard
• To comply with any reasonable request by the Supervisor and Hotel Management
• Ensure any lost and found items are handed over to security department.

Administration:

• Submit all in and out records linen room supervisor for verification and filing.
• Maintain a log book for extra guest request items.
